Why my puppy refuses to go outside when its hot?

It is really hot outside and your puppy refuses to for a walk. What should you do?

It is not recommended to walk your puppy during the hottest hours because it may get a heatstroke or sunstroke. It is also not recommended to wash your puppy due to its possibility to get sick because of a temperature difference. Walk your puppy somewhere in the shadows and avoid open spaces. Find a small hat for your puppy (which can be bought in a vet shop), and if you don't have any you can use a shawl. You should also take water and a bowl for a walk and offer your puppy a drink every 20-30 minutes. Do not forget to keep a shawl wet.
